Horrible customer service

I made a purchase from this company. The items ordered were addressed and shipped to the wrong address. The customer service has not responded to my emails or tried to rectify the problem. I’d like a refund.

Bought Good Seed hand and body lotion because my skin was very dry, had used other lotions but they don’t do much to improve my skin. Used Good Seed hand and body lotion and saw an improvement with the first use. Will buy again from The Nail Market.
